Pre Season

So, i've been going gym almost four times a week now, and it feels good! I personally don't see a physical change in my shape, but apparently it's looking good! Probably cos i see myself everyday, so im oblivious. Either way, it's got me motivated and, i'm glad i've had the motivation to keep going, thanks to my boy Louie who's helping with my training, and Tai aswell who doesn't come that often anymore, but when he does it's nice to have that little competition.
Training pretty much consists of two days working arms, shoulders, chest and back, while the other two days purely on legs. Cardio is always put in there somewhere for warm ups/warm downs, so every area is covered to an extent. But when Louie finishes his year, it's gonna be me training solo! Uh-Oh?! I should be okay to keep going, i'm gonna challenge myself for it anyway, be an independent trainer, see how long i last.



All this training has got me wanting to come back to football again. Now the seasons over, i'm willing to start training pre-season to get myself in football shape again. Gonna have to get myself a new pair (being the girl that I am) and start pinging them footballs into the net, get the free kicks on point again, and get the sprints faster. As the summer season is almost upon us, all the reason to start kicking ball again!
